How to deposit funds via WISE

(Bank transfer, credit card and other payment options availability are subjected to your country’s regulations)

Step 1: Go to Register an account with WISE. You will need to have a valid mobile number for verification purpose.

Step 2: Once you are registered, you will automatically be redirected to the transfer page. Choose the currency which you will be sending and choose USD as recipient’s currency. There will be an indicative amount of the exchange rate. Click Continue.

*Depending on your home currency, you will be required to complete a KYC process which is compliant with your country’s regulations (refer to Steps 6 & 7).

Step 3: Choose Personal Transfer and key in your personal details.

Step 4: Choose Business or charity account as your recipient.

Step 5: Enter the following information. This information can also be found in your CRM Deposit page.

Step 6: Follow the instructions to upload your identity document and selfie. This KYC process will differ from individual to individual, depending on the home currency which you have chosen in Step 2.

Step 7: You will need to log in to your WISE account on your mobile phone to complete the verification process. You are encouraged to use Safari or Chrome to complete this step.

Step 8: Select pay for goods and services

Step 9: Review details of your transfer.

Important Note: For the reference, you must key in your MT4 Account number for matching purpose.
Failure to do so may result in a delay in funding your account.

Step 10: Choose your transfer type and follow the instructions to continue payment. When you have completed the transfer, save a screenshot and upload to your CRM deposit page. Depending on verification speed, it may take up to 2 working days to complete the transfer.
